Program Overview
The DC Public Library Foundation serves the DC Public Library through the following activities:
1. Obtains funds to pilot new initiatives
2. Provides funding support to ongoing DCPL programs
3. Awards "Library Innovation Grants" within the DCPL community
4. Provides finance and administrative support to donor-designated funds
The Foundation provides specific support in six service areas.
