Facility Improvements

Years of budget cuts and deferred maintenance have left our libraries in sorry condition. In the past two years the libary and Foundation have worked together to improve collections and services - and now to renovate and build new libraries.  In addition to administering funds for donor specified branches, the Foundation has provided indoor and outdoor enhancements to branch libraries and the creation of specialized rooms.
The Foundation will be a visible participant in the Library's Revitaliztion Effort - as the system renovates and builds new branch libraries throughout our city.
